How about a Guy's Card?

This was done with Su cardstock using the sanded background stamp, and a retired set from SU .......will look up the set name later for ya!
I used my scalloped punch twice once with blue and then black for the Happy Birthday saying.

The main image was stamped with black and using water color crayons to fill in the colors.

Deco Pages

These are pages done for Denise Rand's Deco Book with Next Generation Stampers, Her book was titled as Art Wired.
I Got the Bob Dylan photo from t-shirts that I ordered from the Motorcyle Shop in Anchorage......These pictures were attached to the t-shirts.
I added a slide mount to the picture and added some ribbon, buckle and a button.
The Dream picture is a Stampin' Up stamp that is retired .

Summer Swap & Collage Cards

These cards are for a Summer fun Swap and I made 10 of the same design. I used SU Time With You that was retired in 2007.

Cardstock is Groovy Guava, stamped with Purely Pomegranate. The edging on the card is from the SU set Trimtastic and the background stamped glass is from SU Sparkling Summer these also were retired in 2007

SU markers, the photo corner punch and Red hemp twine were used. The saying on the tag is a stamp I picked up at Michael's a few years back.

I was just playing around with a new stamp that I'd gotten at the LSS. (local stamp store)
20's Flapper stamp is from Alpha-Stamps and the background is using different SU sets
1. Embrace Life-pink cherry blossoms
2. Infinite Goodness-Blue Flowers, Dragonflies
3. Garden Silhouettes-Charm
First I masked the flapper and began random stamping then colored everything in with SU markers.
Stippled Brushed on some Bashful Blue and added just a little sparkle I misted it with "Radiant Rains" Stargazer.
Antique Brass Hodgepodge Hardware with pink ribbon with Night of Navy cardstock. Notched the corners with ticket corner punch.

I think it almost looks like its a frame around the 20's Flapper?? LOL

Ready for more Deco's?

These are for a private Deco list that I'm on, the ladies are from Alaska, Illinois, Michigan, New Zealand, Iowa, Sweden, California, Washington, and Wisconsin.

The theme for this Deco is Chairs.........well guess what I don't have a Chair stamp to my name, Okay well I guess I do but they are sand chairs.....LOL

So my picture came from a magazine and I just love these old sturdy metal lawn chairs as we had them when I was growing up and going to grandma's house.......anyway I used SU designer paper for the background and epoxy alphabet letters for the word "Memories"

The first Deco is a Basket theme, I used an retired 2002 SU set. The flowers were colored with markers and then I went over them with "Radiant Rains" as well as stamping flowers on the background paper with "RR" Not sure if you can tell but I did used a corner punch on the edges oh and just a little bow ribbon for bling.

The next Deco is themed Bird Houses.......low and behold I actually had a bird house to use!
I stamped and masked the bird house then stamped the fence using markers to color everything in, dry brushing green for the ground and blue for the sky and corner punch for the edges. Stamps used for this deco are Birdhouse-UpTown, Fence-Stampcraft, Birds-TAC

Deco Page

This was done for Dawn with "Next Generation Stampers" it was sent to me and the theme was anything goes! It was a Challenge for me as I'm really not into a whole lot of Altered Art at the moment.
Stamps are by Alpha, Art Declassified and Clear Stamps.
I masked the lady and stamped butterfly-wings for her, she has "Radiant Rain" colors on her wings that were painted then cut her out.
Then I stamped the file with vintage photo and outline the darker areas with markers, sprayed "Radiant Rains" Gold Shimmer on the file and stamped the words and flourishes ........and now to attach the butterfly lady.
I sure hope Dawn will like her page!

TJ Aged Tiles

This is my first try at doing the Aged Tiles that's in the latest issue of Technique Junkies.
I used a cuttle bug embossed sheet that I painted Radiant Rains on the raised parts and cut them up then you sponge the brown in on the edges...........then the fun part is putting it back together!

I then replaced the cut up pieces on brown cardstock (close to cocoa) and added the red flower ribbon slide with brown ribbon, adding this to yellow cardstock.
Needing just a little bit more punch, so I added the espoxy saying on some scrap japanese paper, mounting it with red liner tape........so it wouldn't go anywhere......LOL

Another Birthday Card

This card was done for my oldest son that lives in Washington State, the stamp is from Impression-Obessions.
I dry brushed most all the colors except the green grass on the hill and amonst the rocks. Then I put 2 coats of clear embossing powder to add a little shine to it, adding just a couple of brads on strips of window cut-out from a punch. (All other items not mentioned are by SU)
