Stripes and Polka Dots

Hello! Hope your weekend went well!  I had my LOTV stamps finally arrive via post on Friday and couldn't wait to make something with this little abracadabra guy......and it was just in the nick of time for Halloween too!

I can  imagine him in his room practicing from his book of magical spells with his teddy close by and his wardrobe is yet too big for him that his hat keeps flopping down over his eyes and one of his spells goes haywire sprinkling stardust around!
