Sketch Time CGI Challenges

Hello Everyone, this week over at Come and Get It  it's time for a sketch challenge and you'll find the sketch below that we'd like you to follow .........rotate, flip or change the shapes!

For this challenge I was thinking of the birthday card that I needed to make for my son ......mind you he's a grown adult, but I just love this LOTV image that I used!
Hint~To get my compass image larger I stamped it out and scanned the image and re-sized it, then printed & cut it out for my card.

I finished my card and realized that I hadn't followed the sketch real closely, so I added this edge to fix my fooba......Ta Da a different card indeed.

I started out with a strip of brown card stock and put in through the bubble embossing folder adding glitter embossing powder and Pipe Dream Opals.

Then adding the cut out vine with more PD Opals to embed it, love my new embellishment........I must say that I'm very pleased how it actually turned out!

I can imagine a little boy having made his little sail boat and watching it float out on the water.......as I'm sure most boys probably have at one time or another.

This is the stamped image and sentiment that I placed inside of the card

I'd like to share with these challenges:

Joyful Stamper~ Anything Goes
