Hello There!
I got in a new set of Tim Holtz stamps and had to play! I've seen the set before and just decided to treat myself and here's my first card with it......I love the dragonfly
Maybe one of the reason I like dragonflies so much is because I live on a lake and we have lots of them around flitting in and out, did you know that they are among the fastest flying insects in the world!
But most of all they eat them blood sucking Mosquitos!
In Japan the dragonfly is associated with summer and early autumn. More generally, dragonflies are symbols of courage, strength, and happiness, and they often appear in art and literature.

A real beautiful card, the script would be just right for our challenge. Unfortunately we will not be able to include it in our prize draw this time at TioT's because it is linked to too many challenges. We only allow 5 including ours. Thank you for sharing with us and we hope to see you next time.

Hey Shell, your card has a really sweet vintage feel to it. I too, like many, are drawn to dragonflies. There one of the few bugs I can tolerate. Thanks for leaving a comment and letting us know the connection to our theme this month. It is nice to know that you care enough about your co-worker to send her this thoughtful card.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for joining this month on the Path of Positivity. I'm so glad that you found my challenge and I hope that I will see more of your beautiful creations in the future.
