Good Day!  

Did you remember to Spring Ahead 1 hour and set your clocks?  

Here on the Kenai Peninsula we are back to some cold temperatures, at 5:00am I got up to only 6 degree's and never got about 26 today!  Come on Sunshine and warm us up!!

I ended up getting off early Thursday because I was having a hard time trying to get a good deep breathing so I went to the Chiropractor thinking I had a rib out of place ......well it ended up being 3 ribs out and I'm thinking come Monday I'll go in for another adjustment.  Not Fun!
