March ~ One Stamp Challenge

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

I've posted that I joined a One Stamp Challenge for the year and 

each month you make a card using the same stamped image.....

The kicker is you can't use any 

other stamp on your creation

Stamped image is from KatzelKraft which is carried 

by Top Flight Stamps, LLC

The set is called Les Chats ~ Cats

They come unmounted so you'll need to purchase

mounting foam, you'll find them here!

So here's my card for the month of March...

I've used a brass stencil for the trees, but before I taped

it all down on my card stock I cut out a circle for the moon

and then placed on the card stock then stencil on top.

Once I had it colored I removed stencil and 

paper circle then colored in yellow's for the moon.

I drew a line across to segregate the landscape, colored area

with green and finished off with copic markers on trees.

Friend Are Like Therapists!

So Ready For Spring

We have snow storm going on today it started about noon 

and at current time it's still snowing!!

I headed out about 3pm to go plow and low and behold

the darn battery is dead so it looks like I'll be plowing

 in the dark cause it doesn't look to be stopping 

any time soon.....forecast is to continue til 5am tomorrow!

So earlier I made this card using a Katzelkraft Rubber Stamp

which I found at Top Flight Stamps LLC 

  Altenew Washi Tape is so wonderful for backgrounds

it's best to lay it out and run a bone folder over it 

to smooth it out.  I love it!!

to help create my outdoor scene and drew in some
grass tuffs to add dimension
