Snow Queen at Outlawz Greeting Challenge

Hello  There!

Wow fishing has been in full swing here on the Kenai Peninsula and a busy time for all, canned up 2 cases of fish for the winter.
I added smoke flavor on one batch and garlic cloves for the other batch......yummy good!
While fishing we picked lots of fireweed flowers, if you've ever made herb jelly you know the how long the process is but the results are sure wonderful fireweed Jelly

Okay now on to my card for Outlawz Greeting Challenge,
this is my last week with them as a Guest Designer
Sponsor for my card is SLS Lines and digital image is "Snow Queen"

Lots of embossing done on my Snow Queen and lots of stickles,
used border dies to create the background

  4. Fantastic coloring job on this (pardon the pun) cool chick! :) Thanks for sharing your card with us at Cards in Envy.
I have to say that your talk of canning the fish was interesting to me. Here in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, I've been busy with freezing the green beans and yellow wax beans from our garden so we can enjoy them throughout the winter.

  11. I saw this project on the monthly "Crafty Hazelnut's Patterned Paper Challenge," and I had to come over to your blog to compliment your work. It is definitely an eye-catcher. This snow queen is mesmerizing, and she definitely stood out amongst the many beautiful pieces of art that were linked over there.
