I started this card out making the background water using 
direct to paper using the new life changing blender brushes 
(you can find these at many places, picket fence studios, simonsays, unity stamps
and more check out some of the videos using them)
and then spritzed a bit of water to get the effect I liked.....

Then I stamped off the Seahorse and Jellyfish with Versa Mark
and Gold Embossed them.....adding all the dies I cut
