Hello there! I wanted to share some of the cards that I did at a all day workshop that I attended. It was from 10:00am until 10:00pm...........lunch was provided and dinner was your decision, it was held at one of the local hotels in Soldotna tho I have to tell you it was a chilly -7 degree's when I got into town!
This wonderful stamp of the bear is from a retired SU set.........sorry
Here I'm using up some cut out pictures from an old Mary Englebert desk calendar, so in fact I'm recycling my calendar .......LOL, they make some great cards, and the pictures are so cute!
So any who this card that I put together using Santa tag & inchie's are from a couple of sheets of designer 12 x 12 paper.
I told you I really loved doing this Sepia technique, so here's another one using the same stamp set from SU (Holy Triptych)
Now using this technique I used a stiff flat dry brush to work more color closer to the Angel all around her, I highlighted with a blue on her wings and of course I added sparkle to the wings but you can't see because of the scan.
All my cards that I make use SU card stock............I just really like the heavy weight of the 80 lb high quality........did you know that its also Acid Free, Lignin Free and buffered making it safe to use in all your scrap booking. Happy Stampin' Y'all!
