1. I started out stamping the flags for the background 

2. then using a stencil for the fireworks, which were 

watercolored and outlined with a fine line pen.

3. Next I watercolored the flags

4. Stamp the sentiment

5. Attach Hippo

Now I love sparkle just like anyone

6. Stickles to center of fireworks and whink of Stella

to stars on the flags

7. Add punched blue stars

I layered the red sunburst that I cut on light blue but after

the card was done I'm thinking it should have been white!
