NGS Art Deco

Well I finally got another Deco Book started, using my Bind-it-All that was my Birthday present to myself.......LOL ...........this is the front of book.

I really liked the Bandana Technique from TJunkies so much I did it on Book Board for a Deco Book, then I sprayed with "Radiant Rains" for added sparkle.

This is the back cover same thing but in reverse. SU Pumpkin Pie & Ruby Red Inks were used with daubers.

NGS Deco Pages

These pages are done for Shirley's Round Robin book at Next Generation Stampers.......I just know she'll like them! This page is done with the Bandana technique from Technique Junkies and the Stamps are from Art by Moonlight This page is simply done with a script background stamped on SU cardstock. Film strip is cutout with my "Wizard" using black SU cardstock.

Deco for NGS

This is for Beth's book.......I was inspired to do something different in this book, must of been my Indian side coming out. 1. Feather Stamp by Art by Moonlight 2. Apache Blessings by Verses Rubber Stamps 3. Totem Pole by Stamp Francisco (1982-94) 4. Groovy Guava was stippled for background 5. SU Write Markers used to color in Totem Pole

NGS Deco

This Deco page was done for Jessica over at Next Generation Stampers.

I stamped on some designer paper with the lady stamp (I think she was from Art by Moonlight) and dry brushed SU Glorious Green dye ink to fill in the spaces for her dress
Pink glitter gel pen was used for the flowers in her hair as well as on the branch she's holding.
Versa-mark stamped the flourishes and gold embossed.
I love my Radiant Rains so I spritzed some sparkle on the finished project!

Cloud nine is the stamp used for the verse, stamped on white cardstock with memories Black dye ink and stippled with SU Brillant Blue.
Adding 4 brads and layering it with Bazzil teal cardstock.

This is another workshop card done with SU stamps called "The Free & the Brave"
Su Night of Navy, whisper white and Real Red cardstock were used.
Sanded Background stamped with Close to Cocoa

Eagle stamped in Night of Navy


These next 2 pages are for Annie's Deco Book from Next Generation Stampers. Designer paper was used for the background on both pages.

Radiant Rains were sprayed on this deco to get a sparkle along with Embossing Opals "Eureka" (Gold) sprinkled on the edges.

NGS Deco

These are the mini pages for Autumn's NGS Deco, I took Designer paper and embossed black using the Era Graphics.....dancing ladies, TAC.... verse, SU stamps for the stars and Opals embossing powders on the edges.
Ohhhh yeah I forgot a star brad that I opal embossed with silver too.

New Deco Pages

These 2 pages were done for NGS (next generation stampers) the book belongs to Ria, the fashion lady was a TAC stamp edged in gold krylon paint put on blk cardstock and then attached to some homemade paper that I actually made with my friend last year.............adding ribbon with slide.

The next one was actually a ATC page...........I couldn't resist it! LOL
I added it to a new background that I tried. Taking Black cardstock layered some onion bag mesh on it and sponged some acrylic gesso to it then letting it dry, brayered rainbow dye ink. I then add a coat of clear embossing on for shine.

This Deco was done for another group I'm on with and the theme for this one is "Whoooooo are your forest friends?"
I stamped the dragon flies first with versa-mark and brayered rainbow dye ink then wipe the ink off the dragon flies.........stamp the Egret/Sand hill crane? adding cat-tails.


Last one is a Giraffe theme ...........well I only had a kiddies giraffe stamp so I went searching on the internet for a picture of Giraffe's , printed it out and did my best to get this one done for the book. The background paper and tag is from TAC.

Deco Pages

These are pages done for Denise Rand's Deco Book with Next Generation Stampers, Her book was titled as Art Wired.

I Got the Bob Dylan photo from t-shirts that I ordered from the Motorcyle Shop in Anchorage......These pictures were attached to the t-shirts.

I added a slide mount to the picture and added some ribbon, buckle and a button.

The Dream picture is a Stampin' Up stamp that is retired .

Deco Page

This was done for Dawn with "Next Generation Stampers" it was sent to me and the theme was anything goes! It was a Challenge for me as I'm really not into a whole lot of Altered Art at the moment.
Stamps are by Alpha, Art Declassified and Clear Stamps.
I masked the lady and stamped butterfly-wings for her, she has "Radiant Rain" colors on her wings that were painted then cut her out.
Then I stamped the file with vintage photo and outline the darker areas with markers, sprayed "Radiant Rains" Gold Shimmer on the file and stamped the words and flourishes ........and now to attach the butterfly lady.
I sure hope Dawn will like her page!

Asian Deco

I aquired some new Asian stamps and had to give them a try.........the Kimono stamp is by "Judkin" and the others are a Asian Writing Set by "Stamp in the Hand"

I started with some coasters that I aquired from Red Lobster on vacation last year and covered them with some designer paper.........I've had them setting around and I knew I'd use them for something one day! I painted the kimono flowers with Periwinkle Radiant Rains and the tag on the back is from TAC.
