Enjoying the Summer!

Anyway I will truly miss creating with all the crew as I have been with them for 3 1/2 years as well as stepping in and being the Image Coordinator for a year!

The digital image that I'm featuring on my card is Lacy Sunshine

I wish that you could actually see this card as she just sparkles & shimmers with stickles

This would be my very first post as a Design Team Member for Southern Girls Challenge!!

I chose to use one of the lovely stamps that I got from Third Coast Rubber Stamps called Sailor's Delight order number VB-276-L and can be found here oh and lots of wonderful fun stamps!

Sailor's Delight is colored in with Copic Markers and then sprayed with Radiant Rains Star Gazer for added sparkle that the green blue that you see on the picture of the card.

I wanted my Mermaids to look as natural as possible, if that is possible since who knows what they really look like........I love how their hair is flowing in the water. Next I added glitter to the pink flowers in the water and then I coated it with versa-mark ink so I could dip it into clear embossing powder.

And to finish it off with mini half pearls on the frame, then attach the baker's twine adding my Anchor.

I'm pretty happy how the card turned out, just wish that scans would show more of the sparkle from the Radiant Rains.....if you have them or seen them you'll know what I'm talking about, love these spray sparkling inks
