CGI~ Kids Birthday Time with Wryn

Good Day

I'm back from my retreat for National Scrap Booking and had a blast visiting with folks and getting to play at the same time.....oh and the wonderful food too!

But I'm here because we are having a fun challenge over at Come and Get It this week that everyone can relate to that has kids around ......why you ask, well what kid doesn't like having a birthday!

I played with my cuttle bug making this card as I cut out the tree frame, flowers

and used a embossing folder for the background

Well I'm a day or so late getting this up, better late than never......been feeling a little puny lately and been trying to stay healthy for my trip!

Flourishes/Swirls A and T Challenge

A and T Challenge Blog is all about Flourishes & Swirls this round and I am stuck on the Autumn theme with all the blustery weather we've been having here in Alaska. I've used Emerald Faery "Ebony" mounted with 2 different oval die-cuts and added some swirling leaves with punched leaves.

Autumn is in the Air!

Hello, Good Day!

It's Sunday again, the leaves are starting to turn colors here in Alaska the cooler weather is right around the corner.......so I'll enjoy it while I can and maybe get busy harvesting more vegetables, the lawn needs one more mowing, gotta clean things up before the white stuff falls!

Well we have a brand new challenge going on at Come And Get It!

Southern Girls Challenge #52~FLOWERS

Hello and Welcome back!

Did you check out the new Challenge over at Southern Girls yet? It's that time again and we are having fun with Flowers this round........so get all those lovely flowers out and come join us!

I used stamps from LOTV called "On Tip Toe" and also one of their Grunge background stamps which was inked up with SU Blush Blossom so it is really faint an blends in a lot!

I got to try out a new product to me called Paper Pen by Viva Decor that I made my own little pearls using the Opal color......love the effects tho the down side is they take 3-4 hours to dry!

A & T Challenges #12 Sketch

It's that time again for a new challenge over at A & T Challenge Blog

This round I've had the pleasure of using Isabella, she's sitting on a stump which also is one of the digital images that you can get over at the Emerald Faeries Shop and you can find them here!

If you'd like to join in the fun here's the sketch to follow for this round and

As always 3 Top Picks will be able to display our badge proudly!

Isabella is such a cutie pie, I cut-out both digital images and layered on CM designer paper the sketch called for a doily.....wouldn't you know it none to be found so I went with a Marianne die cut which is nearly 5 1/2 inches wide, adding flowers & lace with a final touch of that lovely glitter glue that we all love......stickles!
