Bears at Play

Ladies Card Guild is coming up on Monday for a fun filled afternoon of making cards, visiting and having a scrumptious lunch. We try to get together once a month where everyone will  bring their card for you to make........so here's my card that the ladies will be making I've used the SU set called "Just Believe" for the greenery & sentiment on the card.  Hope your having a great weekend!

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Brayered Sails

Well it's been a few days since I was around, that's what happens when your mojo goes on vacation without you and boy would I of love to gone on a vacation!!!   LOL I needed to get a card done for the Ladies Card Guild,  So I thought how about something manly and I had this stamp that I bought ages ago that I'd never used.......and I really like it too!  Well I started out playing to see what I liked best, I brayered on Whisper white card stock and black embossed my image and found I really didn't like that much .....too splotchy looking, next I brayered on Glossy white and black embossed the image I really like how it turned out but I wanted something different (well I'll use it another day) so I was back to my first image........I spray it with Radiant Rain and loved it!!!  The splotchy parts were covered up with the sprayed rains and adds sparkle........I mounted it to retired card stock Yo Yo Yellow and Basic Black on card base of More Mustard.

Thanks for stopping by!

Autumn Trevor

Hello and Happy Autumn, this was my card that I made up for our Ladies Card Guild .......we meet up once a month for making cards and having some fun times and a great luncheon.

Tilda So Sweet

This is my card that I will be sharing with the LCG Group and they will be making their own to take home.......it's a really fun group of crafting, visiting and we always enjoy the Luncheon that we share also.......because you never know what's on the menu.......LOL

Mother's Day Card

Well I have been thinking ahead this time and made this card for all the ladies at Card Guild to make for their Moms.......I wanted to use up some of my older card-stock and ribbon that I had, everything is Stampin'Up! except the script & butterfly stamp!

Terror-ific Halloween & Flower Girl

This is a sample of my Halloween card that I did for the Monthly Ladies Card Guild..............I thought it would be fun to use up my pre purchased Halloween die-cuts for our cards. I had left over die-cuts from the year before and had so much fun making cards with them that I bought more, so this is just a small amount of the fun die-cuts! Take a peek of the great flower ........it's from a SU orginal die-cut called the "Blossom Party" ( item # 115971) the leaves are a punch, oh yeah she's colored with Copic Markers. Did you recognize the eyelet border on the paper .........yes it's SU and it's one of my favorites edge punches (#113692) I got the image of the little flower girl from Dannette in a swap. Hope your week is going okay so far! Happy Stampin' Y'all!

Lets talk Turkey?

Well I had a friend over for a play day, I helped her make up cards for our Ladies Card Guild and of course I had my own to make up so this is the card that I finally decided to share with the Ladies. I love this little Turkey, and I wanted to keep with the season's fall colors that are now being displayed in our area of Alaska.............I'll be gone again for a few days driving so know that I will MIA for awhile. Happy Stamping, and keep them creative juices flowing.......LOL

Elegant Bouquet Christmas Cards

Wow I actually had a pretty quite day, just the furry critters and myself was home most of the day so I got some need cards prepared for the LCG The "Ladies Card Guild" is coming up the end of the month, I've changed my card that I was going to have everyone make.......using the SU embossing folder "Elegant Bouquet"........well I have to work that day but it's going to be a fun day taking Senior Citizens to the Palmer Fair. After embossing the sheet I punched a hole in the center of the flower so the layered color would show thru........some I put stickles glitter glue in the center flower for sparkle., also punched out a flower adding it to the flourish that's embossed. The Christmas bells are DP by Paper Planet I cut each one out and layered on SU gold cardstock, bet you already know the punch used on the edge.........by Martha Stewart, one of my favorites! Wow that's 4 total Christmas cards that I've gotten done so far this month, I think this is the first year that I think I might be ahead of the game! LOL Plus I'll be getting all the cards that the Ladies have designed and shared too! Thanks for stopping by to see what I've been up to again this month!
